Music Maker Studio Master Class Performance MASTER CLASS STUDENTS from Music Maker Studio performed last weekend at the Red Ox Tavern. The young musicians performed for over two and a half hours to an enthusiastic crowd of hundreds of parents and fans. "Our students had the whole place rockin' yesterday! Amazing job everyone," said Peter Piwonski, owner of Music Maker Studio in Shelby Township. "It was probably our biggest show yet. It was great to see a lot of our younger students joining us this time as well. You all did great and received A LOT of compliments. You are all definitely rock stars! And you did it for a great cause!” The students helped raise money for St. Jude, and they're not done yet! The next show hosted by Music Maker Studio is set for December 17 also at the Red Ox Tavern. Music Maker Studio Halloween Concert Stop by Steiny’s Restaurant and Banquet Hall on Saturday, October 28 to watch Music Maker Studio perform from 1 - 3 p.m. The talented students will deliver classic Halloween songs, such as Ghostbusters, Thriller, Enter Sandman, and more! Shelby Township lesson and retail shop Music Maker Studio recently performed at Coyote Joe's for a fundraiser to benefit the Veterans Memorial Fund. The concert netted $3000 and the proceeds were presented to Shelby Township Veterans Events Coordinator Phil Randazzo by Music Maker owner Peter Piwonski and students. "Thank you to everyone who helped make this a successful event," said Piwonski. "And thank you students for all your hard work for the show! You made myself, your parents, family, friends and the community very proud!” The country music-themed fundraiser was very well attended with friends, veterans, community members and officials, including Shelby Township Supervisor Rick Stathakis. "I was honored to be invited," Stathakis said. "The students were, indeed, amazing." Also on hand, State Representative Peter Lucido, who said on stage at the event that the celebration was "for our veterans, the ones that take care of us and defend the freedoms that we all enjoy. Thank God for our veterans." You can catch the young musicians from Music Maker Studio again at the Fireworks Festival at Packard Proving Grounds Tuesday, July 3 at 5 p.m. Learn more at ppgff18.com. The Shelby Township Veterans Memorial Fund serves to fund monuments of remembrance as well as events and gatherings to assist veterans in and around Shelby Township. The military community in Shelby Township benefits from the donations of businesses and residents to the fund.

STUDENTS FROM MUSIC MAKER STUDIO in Shelby Township recently performed at Steiny’s Tavern for the 5th Annual Halloween Show. Owner and teacher Peter Piwonski said of the show, “The students put on a fun Halloween show for a great crowd!
